Is Adblock Bullseye really free?

Yes. Free includes ad & tracker blocking, malware protection, video ad blocking, allowlist decay, per-site pause, basic stats, partial Insights, and block explanations — no account required. Pro unlocks full Bullseye Insights, EasyList updates, behavioral detection (Aggressive mode), shopping guard, creator allowlist, cookie/distraction blocking, Focus Mode, charts, custom filters, cloud sync, and more.

Do you show "acceptable ads"?

No. Unlike AdBlock, Adblock Bullseye blocks all ads by default. We don't participate in any paid whitelist program. You can manually allow specific sites you want to support.

Does Adblock Bullseye collect my data?

No. All blocking stats and settings are stored locally on your device. If you create an account for Pro sync, only your settings and filters are encrypted and synced — never your browsing history.

Does it work with Manifest V3?

Yes. Adblock Bullseye is built natively for Chrome's Manifest V3 using declarativeNetRequest. It's fast, secure, and future-proof.

Can I use it without an account?

Absolutely. Install the extension and you're protected immediately. A Pro account is only needed to sync settings across your personal devices.

What's new in Yotis?

Yotis adds Bullseye Insights (attention, carbon, streaks — Pro), allowlist decay (Free), heuristic behavioral ad detection (Pro, Aggressive mode), site degradation tracking, creator allowlist, shopping guard, session recording alerts, anti-adblock battle log, reader mode, tab profiles, prefetch blocking, and plain-English block explanations (Free).

What's new in the core Pro release?

Pro adds the EasyList engine with 10 filter lists and 3800+ dynamic rules, Focus Mode with scheduling, stats charts, uBlock/AdGuard filter import, cloud sync, anti-adblock scriptlets, behavioral ad detection in Aggressive mode, and an expanded privacy report with 80+ tracker signatures. Per-site pause and allowlist decay remain free.

What is allowlist decay?

When you pause blocking on a site, Bullseye remembers it for 30 days — then automatically re-enables protection. The popup warns you when a paused site is about to expire, so you're never stuck with ads allowed forever by accident.

How does creator allowlist work?

On supported video sites, right-click → Support this creator (Pro). Bullseye disables ad blocking only on that channel's videos — every other site and creator stays protected. Manage your supported creators in Options → Insights.

What's the difference between Free and Pro?

Free gives you solid protection: 159 static ad/tracker/malware rules, Smart Video Block, allowlist decay, per-site pause, basic stats, partial Insights, and block explanations. Pro ($3.99/mo) adds the EasyList engine, full Bullseye Insights, Aggressive mode & behavioral ad detection, site degradation tracker, shopping guard, session recording alerts, creator allowlist, cookie & distraction blocking, Focus Mode, stats charts, anti-adblock bypass, URL cleaner, custom filters, element picker, cloud sync, and the admin dashboard.

How do I activate Pro in the extension?

Subscribe on our website and set up two-factor authentication on your dashboard. Open the extension Options → Pro tab, enter your account email, password, and the 6-digit code from your authenticator app, then click Verify & Activate Pro.

How does per-site pause work?

Toggle the switch in the popup to allow ads on the current site only. Bullseye adds high-priority allow rules for that domain so network blocking is disabled locally — without turning off protection on every other site.

Can I import filters from uBlock Origin?

Yes, with Pro. Go to Options → Import/Export, paste your uBlock or AdGuard filter list, and click Import Filters. Network rules (||domain^) and cosmetic rules (##selector) are parsed and applied automatically.

How does video ad blocking work?

Smart Video Block uses the Bullseye Video Engine — three layers working together. Network rules block ad SDKs and manifests. Cosmetic rules hide ad UI and sponsored slots. Playback logic skips in-player ads, handles audio-only breaks, and restores your main video when the break ends. YouTube gets a dedicated module for feed, Shorts, and sidebar coverage.

Which video sites are supported?

Free Smart Video Block covers YouTube, Twitch, Kick, Dailymotion, Vimeo, Facebook Watch, TikTok, Instagram, X/Twitter, Reddit, Hulu, Disney+, Max, Peacock, Paramount+, Crunchyroll, Pluto TV, Tubi, Prime Video, Netflix ad tiers, Spotify, Rumble, Wistia, JW Player, and generic embedded players. Toggle Block Video Ads in Options — optional per-platform toggles for Twitch and Reddit are also available.

Which browsers are supported?

Chrome is available now. Firefox, Edge, Opera, Brave, Safari (Mac), iOS, and Android are Coming Soon — product pages show what install will look like. Pick your browser from Product in the menu.
